EASY MOVERS

1. Vendor Eligibility

1. The Vendor confirms that all information submitted during registration is true, accurate, complete, and current.
2. The Vendor shall possess all necessary licenses, permits, registrations, GST registrations, insurance policies, transportation permits, and statutory approvals required to provide relocation and logistics services.
3. Easy Movers reserves the right to verify Vendor credentials and supporting documents at any time.

2. Nature of Relationship

1. Easy Movers operates as a technology platform connecting customers with independent relocation service providers.
2. Vendors act as independent contractors and shall not be considered employees, agents, partners, franchisees or representatives of Easy Movers.
3. Easy Movers shall not be responsible for execution of services performed by Vendors.

3. Vendor Registration Approval

1. Submission of a registration application does not guarantee approval.
2. Easy Movers reserves the right to approve, reject, suspend or terminate any Vendor registration without prior notice.
3. Easy Movers may request additional documents or information before approval.

4. Lead Confidentiality

1. Customer information received through Easy Movers shall remain strictly confidential.
2. Vendors shall not:
• Sell customer data
• Share customer data
• Transfer customer data
• Use customer data for unauthorized purposes
3. Misuse of customer information may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

5. Quotation Responsibility

1. Vendors shall provide accurate and transparent quotations.
2. Quotations must clearly include every applicable charge, including but not limited to:
• Transportation Charges
• Labour Charges
• Packing Charges
• Unpacking Charges
• Loading Charges
• Unloading Charges
• Insurance Charges
• Storage Charges
• Taxes
• Additional Charges
3. Vendors shall honor accepted quotations submitted through the Easy Movers platform.

6. Compliance with Easy Movers SOP

1. Vendors shall strictly follow Easy Movers Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
2. SOP compliance applies to:
• Survey Process
• Packing Process
• Loading Operations
• Transportation
• Vehicle Handling
• Unloading Operations
• Delivery Process
• Customer Communication
• Documentation
• Complaint Handling
• Claims Management
3. Easy Movers may revise SOPs from time to time and Vendors agree to comply with all updated procedures.

7. Packaging Standards

1. Vendors shall use professional packing materials and industry approved packing methods.
2. Fragile items, electronics, furniture, appliances, kitchenware, decorative items and high-value goods shall be packed according to Easy Movers packaging standards.
3. Vendors shall ensure complete protection of customer belongings throughout the relocation process.

8. Additional Services

1. Vendors agree to provide or coordinate additional relocation support services whenever applicable.
2. Such services may include:
• AC Dismantling & Installation
• TV Dismantling & Installation
• Washing Machine Installation
• Modular Furniture Dismantling & Assembly
• House Cleaning
• Deep Cleaning
• Pest Control
• Storage Services
• Handyman Services
• Other Relocation Support Services
3. Customer requirements may be mentioned in the remarks section of the lead.
4. Vendors shall review these requirements before submitting quotations.

9. Customer Remarks & Special Instructions

1. Vendors shall carefully review all customer remarks and special instructions.
2. By submitting a quotation, the Vendor confirms that:
• Customer remarks have been reviewed.
• Service requirements are fully understood.
• The quotation includes all applicable considerations.

10. Service Quality Standards

1. Vendors shall maintain professional conduct throughout service execution.
2. Vendors shall ensure:
• Timely arrival
• Professional staff behaviour
• Proper identification of workforce
• Safe handling of goods
• Professional customer communication
• Timely status updates
• Clean and serviceable vehicles

11. Insurance & Liability

1. Vendors shall remain solely responsible for any loss, theft, damage, delay, negligence or misconduct arising during service execution.
2. Easy Movers shall not be liable for:
• Property Damage
• Goods Damage
• Service Delays
• Accidents
• Labour Issues
• Operational Failures
3. Vendors are encouraged to maintain adequate insurance coverage for customer goods, workforce and vehicles.

12. Customer Complaints

1. Vendors shall cooperate in resolving customer grievances promptly and professionally.
2. Easy Movers may investigate complaints and request supporting documents or explanations.
3. Repeated complaints may result in:
• Reduced Lead Allocation
• Temporary Suspension
• Permanent Removal from the Platform

13. Vendor Ratings & Reviews

1. Customers may rate and review Vendor services.
2. Ratings and reviews may be displayed publicly on the Easy Movers platform.
3. Vendor ratings may influence future lead allocation, platform ranking and visibility.

14. Lead Allocation

1. Easy Movers does not guarantee any minimum number of business leads.
2. Lead allocation may depend upon:
• Service Availability
• Service Cities
• Vendor Ratings
• Response Time
• Service Quality
• Customer Feedback
• Platform Performance Metrics

15. Commercial Terms

1. Easy Movers may introduce commercial models including:
• Lead Fees
• Subscription Plans
• Platform Charges
• Advertising Charges
• Commission Models
2. Vendors shall be informed before implementation of any commercial arrangement.

16. Compliance with Laws

1. Vendors shall comply with all applicable Central, State and Local laws, rules and regulations governing relocation, transportation and logistics services.
2. Such compliance includes but is not limited to:
• GST Laws
• Labour Laws
• Motor Vehicle Regulations
• Transportation Rules
• Consumer Protection Laws
• Insurance Regulations
• Occupational Safety Standards
3. Vendors shall remain solely responsible for obtaining, maintaining and renewing all statutory registrations, licenses and permits required to perform relocation services.

17. Suspension & Termination

Easy Movers reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate Vendor accounts under the following situations:

• Fraudulent Activities
• Submission of False Information
• Customer Data Misuse
• Violation of Standard Operating Procedures
• Poor Service Quality
• Repeated Customer Complaints
• Failure to Honor Accepted Quotations
• Violation of Applicable Laws
• Any Activity Damaging the Reputation of Easy Movers

18. Modification of Terms

1. Easy Movers reserves the right to modify, amend or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
2. Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Easy Movers platform unless otherwise specified.
3. Continued use of the platform after publication of the revised Terms shall constitute acceptance of such modifications.

19. Acceptance

By registering on the Easy Movers platform, the Vendor acknowledges and agrees that:

• All information submitted during registration is true, complete and accurate.
• All required licenses, registrations and statutory approvals are available and valid.
• Easy Movers Standard Operating Procedures shall be followed without exception.
• Customer information shall remain confidential and shall not be misused in any manner.
• These Terms & Conditions have been read, understood and voluntarily accepted.

The Vendor agrees to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions and any future amendments published by Easy Movers.
